Mystic Valley Elder Services home care program helps individuals age 60+ and adults living with disabilities who need help to maintain their independence and wellbeing. Other services are available on a sliding scale to fit your income. One of our expert care managers will help you develop a plan suited to you. Resources designed for caregivers, including those who work full time or support family from a distance. Services include in-home assessments and caregiver education in areas including memory loss, home safety, and respite care. Healthy, satisfying meal services and nutrition counseling to support a quality life.
